The Company Beo Group International s.r.o. with its registered office in Prague, Czechia, ID: 08595194, entered in the commercial register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague under number 321652 C (after this referred to as "we"), the operator of the online store www.dragicka.com, declares that all personal data (after this only "data") are considered strictly confidential and are treated following the applicable legal provisions in the field of personal data protection.
The security of your personal data is a priority for us. We, therefore, pay due attention to personal data and its protection. In this Privacy Policy (the "Policy"), you will find information about what personal information we collect from you, what legal purpose we process it for, what purposes we use it for, how long we store it, to whom we may pass it on. In the Policy, we also inform you about your rights in connection with the processing of your personal data.
What personal data do we process?
If you use the services of our e-shop, we process various types of data about you.
If you buy
The most common information you provide to us is information obtained through ordering goods or other services on our website. These are mainly data that are necessary for the conclusion and performance of the purchase contract.
This information is needed to process your order and can be divided into:
- Identification data, which are name and surname;
- Contact details: e-mail address, postal address, billing address, telephone number, bank details, and payment details.
- Data generated based on the duration of the contract, specifically the products purchased, the volume of services provided and the customer segment.
If you register
If you wish to take advantage of a customer account, you must first register on our website. The customer account is secured by a password of your choice, to which we do not have access, and in the event of its loss, we will not be able to send it to you on request or generate a new password.
Within your account, you have unlimited access to your personal data, as well as their possible modification. You can view the history of your completed orders, purchased products, and incomplete orders in the account. Through a customer account, you also have the option to save your credit card data, delivery address or profile details.
If you do not wish to open a customer account to make a purchase, you can also purchase in our e-shop without registration.
If you are a receiver of business communications
You can receive commercial communications from us regarding similar products as to ones you purchased from us. You can always unsubscribe from these messages via the unsubscribe link in the footer of each e-mail containing these messages. If you have a customer account, you can also unsubscribe from your account. Unsubscribing from a business message is free.
If you are a subscriber to these communications, we process the following data:
- Identification data, in particular, your first name;
- Contact details, thanks to which we can communicate with you, specifically the e-mail address;
- Demographics are derived from your settings and behaviour on the web, including gender and preferred language, for example.
If you visit our website
When you visit our website, we collect various information about you during your visits, such as your IP address, browser settings and preferred language, visited website, including the time of the visit. We also monitor your movement on the website or which links you click on to adjust the displayed content as much as possible and offer you such products and content that you appreciate.
When you visit our website, we store and subsequently read cookies in the internet browser and device you use, which we address in a separate chapter of this Policy.
However, in addition to cookies, we also process data about your behaviour on the website, your IP address, data provided by your browser, specifically the resolution, the operating system of your device, including its version and language setting.
We can also connect you to social networks, including automatically logging in to your account on that social network. For this connection, we use the so-called social plugins on our website, specifically in connection with blog posts, specifically the sharing buttons, thanks to which you can share the relevant content on your profile. Once linked, you may see personalized offers and targeted ads linking to our websites on social networks and other websites.
Our website may contain links to other websites that we believe are practical and could have helpful information. Therefore, we would like to inform you that this site may be owned and operated by other companies and organizations that process data following their Security and Privacy Policy. Our company has no control over this processing and is not responsible for any information, material, products or services contained in or accessible through this website.
If you contact us via form, e-mail or social networks
If you decide to contact our customer support via form or e-mail contact, we mainly process records of e-mail communication.
If you participate in a Customer competition
Through our pages or profiles on selected social networks, we organize attractive competitions for you, in which you can participate and whose complete rules can be found here. The announcement can be public, which means that we can publish selected data of the winner on our website or profile on the given social networks. Any activity or communication with us through social networks and the processing of your personal data is governed by the Principles of Personal Data Processing of the company that is the social network operator.
If you enter the competition, we process the following personal data
- Identification data, which is name and surname;
- Contact details, specifically your profile on the social network or e-mail address, in case of a win to send a prize – it is also address, postal address, billing address, telephone number.
If you participate in user testing or other organized events
If you participate in the Customer Testing program we offer, we may process the following information:
- Identification data, which is name and surname;
- Contact details, namely your e-mail address and telephone number;
- Camera recording, i.e. capturing your likeness.
We also organize various events for you, within which we can process the following data:
If you provide information about your health condition during communication with our customer support, this information is stored exclusively within the record of the e-mail or medium of communication. However, there is no systematic processing.
If you contact us regarding your request via our website or profile on selected social networks, the processing of your personal data is governed exclusively by the Principles of Personal Data Processing of the company that operates the given social network (Identification data, which are name and surname, or ID number and VAT number; Contact details, specifically your e-mail address and telephone number).
For each event, we will inform you about the specific personal data processed.
For what purpose do we process personal data?
Purchase of goods and services
We most often process your personal data to fulfil the purchase contract to successfully process your order sent via our website, mobile application or customer line and deliver the goods to you. The e-mail address and telephone number are used to send an order confirmation, delivery of confirmation of receipt of payment, issue of an electronic invoice, and to keep you informed of the status of your order and any other individual communication regarding the order.
Customer account
If you are a registered customer, we process your personal data to fulfil the contract, i.e. maintaining your customer account, within which we offer you a number of benefits.
Marketing offers
We send you business communications regarding similar products to ones that you purchased from us. You can always unsubscribe from these messages via the unsubscribe link in the footer of each e-mail containing these messages. You can also receive push notifications containing business messages on Facebook or via Messenger. This processing is governed by the Principles of Personal Data Processing of the given social network. If you unsubscribe from business communications, we will no longer use your electronic contacts for this purpose. Unsubscribing from a business message is free.
Customizing and creating content, ensuring better website traffic
We want to customize the content and recommend the goods you are interested in. For this reason, we use the personal information we collect to personalize the content and offerings on our website. The marketing offers you see may be selected based on additional information we have received about you over time based on contact and demographic information, favourites, and other information related to the use of our website. However, we do not perform fully automated processing that would have legal effects on you.
We process information about your behaviour on our website, which allows us to obtain information based on which we can constantly improve our website for you to make it as user-friendly as possible. We may also process your personal data to produce various statistics, such as traffic monitoring or measuring the effectiveness of advertising and testing new functionalities of our website or mobile application. Information about your behaviour on the website is important, among other things, for any prevention of attacks on our website.
Customer support and communication
We are constantly striving to improve the services provided by our customer service. To respond to your requests as quickly as possible, we need your personal data to successfully process your requests or eliminate potential problems in fulfilling the purchase contract.
We also use the collected personal data for communication with you and its individual adaptation. For example, we may contact you by phone, e-mail, mobile app, or other forms to remind you that you have items in your shopping cart or to help you complete your order. Furthermore, to inform you of the current status of your request, order or complaint, or to obtain additional information from you. We may also notify you that you need to take the necessary action to keep your customer account active.
Satisfaction assessment on evaluation portals
In connection with the purchase, you can also receive a request for its evaluation through the selected evaluation portal. In this case, the purpose of processing is to determine satisfaction.
Consumer competitions
If you decide to participate in a competition organized by us, we will process your personal data to carry out the competition in the event of a public announcement and contact you.
User testing and organizing events
If you participate in the user testing program we offer, we process your personal data to test our systems' new or existing functionality.
If you participate in the event that we are the organizer of, we process your personal data to plan, secure and evaluate the events.
Improving services
We use your personal information to continuously improve our services and systems, including new functionalities. We also process personal data to make informed decisions using comprehensive analysis and business intelligence, based on our legitimate interest, which stems from the freedom of business and the need to improve the services provided to succeed in the competition. However, to ensure sufficient protection for your rights and interests, we use personal data for this purpose, which is as anonymous as possible.
Protection, security and dispute resolution
We may also process your personal data to ensure the protection and security of our customers and systems, enforce our rights and legal claims, detect and prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. We may also process personal data for any controls carried out by public authorities.
On what legal basis do we process personal data?
We process personal data to a different extent and for different purposes, as detailed in Articles 1 and 2 above, either:
a) Without your consent based on the performance of the contract, the fulfilment of a legal obligation or our legitimate interests;
b) With your consent.
The types of processing that we may perform without your consent depending on the intended purpose of the processing and the position in which you act towards us - whether you are just a visitor to our website, whether you buy from us or register. However, your personal data may also be processed if you are the addressee of the ordered goods or services, if you communicate with us or if you visit our store.
Fulfilment of the purchase contract
If you buy or send an order from us, a proposal for a purchase contract is created, which is concluded by the acceptance of the proposal by us in the form of sending the ordered goods. However, to successfully fulfil this purchase agreement or any other agreement regarding goods or services, we need a large part of your personal data entered via the order form.
If you register with us, we process your data so that we can maintain your customer account. The contract on which our processing is based is created by creating your customer account. In the event of account cancellation, we will stop processing personal data for this purpose.
Fulfilment of legal obligations
We must also fulfil certain obligations set out in the applicable legislation. If we process your personal data to meet these obligations, we do not need to obtain your consent for such processing. On this legal basis, we specifically process your identification and contact details, only the details of your orders.
Agreement
To send business messages via e-mail, we may process your personal data with your consent. Based on your consent, we will process them even if we are not processing them based on legitimate interest or due to the performance of the contract. You can revoke your consent at any time and unsubscribe from commercial communications.
Legitimate interest
We also process your personal data based on a legitimate interest to improve and adapt the services provided, find out whether the order has been processed to your satisfaction, and promote the products and services offered more effectively.
Based on a legitimate interest in direct marketing, we may also send you business communications regarding products similar to those you have purchased from us. However, this is only subject to conditions unless you object to such processing. However, if you are a registered customer, we send you a business message for collection based on the performance contract.
Our legitimate interest is also the protection of legal claims, internal records and control of the proper provision of our services. In this case, we process all categories of personal data listed in Article 1.
Our legitimate interest also lies in sending a request to evaluate the purchase made through a selected evaluation portal or evaluate consumer competitions organized by us.
The processing of your personal data based on a legitimate interest also takes place in the case of a visit to our stores, monitored by a camera system to protect property. You can object to this processing at any time.
To whom do we pass on personal data?
In most cases, we process your personal data for our own purposes as a controller, which means that we determine the purposes mentioned above for collecting your personal data, the determination of the means of processing and their proper execution.
We pass on your personal data to our partners only if it is necessary within the performance of the purchase contract, e.g. to ensure payment or transport; further contracts based on legitimate interest or if you have given your prior consent to the transfer.
We also pass on your personal data to our processors, who, of course, comply with the legal conditions of personal data protection. These processors process personal data according to our instructions, and your rights are not affected by this processing in any way. We may also pass on your personal data to social networks or marketing tool operators to display targeted advertising on other websites with your consent.
Recipient categories
We may pass on your personal data to the following entities:
- Companies and processors of the Beo Group International based on the fulfilment of the purchase agreement or other agreement for the performance of internal processes and procedures;
- Payment service companies for processing payments based on your order, i.e. fulfilling the purchase contract;
- Shipping companies to deliver the products or services you have ordered and resolve complaints, including withdrawal from the purchase agreement;
- Suppliers of goods or service centres in connection with claims for goods or services ordered by you;
- Partners who distribute commercial communications who are bound by a duty of confidentiality and may not use your personal information for any other purpose;
- Operators of marketing tools; who help us personalize offers and content;
- Social networks if you communicate with us or share content with us through social plugins;
- Providers of tools for customer service communication with you or external call centres;
- Partners conducting customer satisfaction surveys ;
- Technology providers and cloud service providers ;
- Legal or financial representatives, courts to process tax documents, debt collection or other reasons arising from the performance of our legal obligations;
- Public authorities in the event of enforcement of our rights (e.g. police).
If third parties use your personal data in the course of their own legitimate interests, we are not responsible for such processing. Such possible processing is governed exclusively by the Principles of Processing Personal Data of the respective companies and persons.
Data transfer outside the EU
When transferring your personal data to our processors, in some cases, we may also transfer personal data to third countries that are not part of the European Union and that do not ensure an adequate level of personal data protection. However, such transfer will only be made by us if our processor undertakes to comply with the standard contractual clauses issued by the European Commission.
For how long do we process personal data, and how is it secured?
We primarily process your personal data for the duration of our contractual relationship, i.e. the purchase contract. We are obliged to process the personal data necessary to perform all our obligations, whether it is obligations arising only from the contract concluded between us or from generally binding legal regulations for the period specified by the legal rules or following them. E.g. As an administrator, we are obliged to keep information about you for at least 10 years from the date of issue of the accounting documents issued by us.
As part of the fulfilment of your requests and the provision of quality customer service, we process your personal data until the conclusion of our contractual relationship, including one year from the end of the warranty period of the purchased goods due to the resolution of potential disputes.
If you communicate with us through our customer service, we store personal data from the communication for a period of 2 years, including recordings of calls that are monitored.
If you give us consent to send commercial communications, this consent is valid for 4 years or until revoked. If you create content within our blog posts, the consent given by submitting your comment to such a post is valid for 2 years or until withdrawn.
Suppose you decide to participate in user testing or another event organized by us, and you give us your consent. In that case, we process your personal data for one year or until it is revoked, including any camera or other audiovisual recordings.
If you participate in a competition organized by us, we process your personal data for one year. If you visit our store or other premises and their surroundings of our company, we process camera recordings for 90 days from the date of making this recording.
In other cases, your personal data processing time results from the purpose of processing or is determined by binding legal regulations in the field of personal data protection. Your personal data is automatically deleted after the set processing deadlines.
Security
The personal data we have collected about you and that we process is transmitted to us in an already encrypted form, using the SSL (secure socket layer) encryption system for this transmission. This system ensures that your personal data is safe when your browser communicates with our server. We secure our website and other systems with which we work with appropriate technical and organizational measures against the loss and destruction of your personal data, as well as against access of unauthorized persons to your personal data, their modification or dissemination.
We are continuously improving this security, while we also require our processors to prove the compliance of the systems they use with the GDPR.
If you register, access to your customer account is possible only after entering the password you have chosen. We do not have access to your password because we store it in an encrypted form that is not decryptable, not even for us.
Among other things, we would like to appeal to you that it is essential that you do not disclose your login details to third parties. We recommend that you log out when you are finished with your customer account, especially if you share the device with other users. We do not take responsibility for any misuse of your password, unless we cause this situation directly.
How do we use cookies?
We also use cookies so that our website can function properly so that our offer is relevant, engaging and user-friendly for you. To use cookies, we need their support from the internet browser you use. Our website works without cookies, but to a minimal extent, unable to use some essential functions.

- Remarketing, which we use to personalize the content of ads and their proper targeting.

How can you restrict cookies?

However, this will also limit the operation of our website, and you will not be able to use the features we offer in full, including logging in to your customer account.

Just as we have our rights and obligations in processing your personal data, you also have certain rights that you can exercise. These rights include:
Right of access
You have the right to request free information about the processing of your personal data - what data we process about you, for what purpose and for how long, where we collect your data and to whom we pass it on. As part of the right of access, you can also ask us to send you a structured, machine-readable format of the processed data. We will be happy to generate a copy for you after properly verifying your identity; just send your request to the e-mail address hello@dragicka.com.
Right of correction
If you find that the processed personal data is incorrect or incomplete, you have the right to request their correction. We will be happy to correct or supplement your data without undue delay. Just send your request to the e-mail address hello@dragicka.com.
Right of deletion
In some cases, you can exercise the right to delete personal data that we process about you. We will delete or anonymize your personal data without undue delay. However, this does not apply to the personal data that we need to fulfil our legal obligations and the storage of which is required by law (e.g. processing an already placed order) or to protect our legitimate interests. Personal data will also be destroyed if this data is no longer needed for the intended purpose or if the storage of your personal data is inadmissible for other reasons stipulated by law. Right to restrict processing
In some cases, you may also exercise the right to restrict the processing of personal data that we process about you. You may request that the personal data you mark is not subject to further processing for a limited period of time. The right to file a complaint
The exercise of the rights and procedures set out above in no way restricts your right to file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. You may exercise this right in particular if you believe that we are processing your personal data unauthorizedly or in violation of generally binding legal regulations.

In exceptional cases, especially given the complexity of your request, we may extend this period by an additional two months.
