Shake the pen before each use.
Apply the Glue & Eyeliner pen just as you would your regular liquid eyeliner.
If you only want to use it as lash adhesive, simply don't create a winged effect and only apply a thin line where you will apply your lashes. If you'd like to use it as eyeliner, apply it as you would your regular liquid eyeliner.
Finally, press your chosen lashes directly onto the eyeliner with your fingers or a Tweezer Tool for enhanced precision. All done!
