Shipping & delivery
Dragička offers standard shipping on all orders worldwide.
If you can't find your country on the checkout page or have issues because of your address/country, please reach to us at hello@dragicka.com for shipping and delivery inquiries.
Dragička makeup is shipped only from the Czech Republic, and all other products are shipped directly by our suppliers from their factories/warehouses in appropriate packages.
Free shipping:
Customers from all EU countries and the UK are entitled to free delivery of any purchase above 50 euros, and customers from all other countries are entitled to free delivery of any purchase above 65 euros.
Separate packages
Since we operate with several suppliers from different locations to secure the best quality of our products, your products may be delivered separately. We will still notify you when your order has been sent and send a tracking code(s) for your convenience.
Delivery times
Makeup products:
EU countries & UK: 2 to 5 business days
Other countries: 5 to 10 business days
We process all orders within 24 hours.
If your order is urgent, please send us a message at hello@dragicka.com to discuss options before ordering. We love quick deliveries as much as you do; however, we believe it's more important to delight you with high-quality products that are worth waiting for.
Will I be charged customs duties and import tax?
This depends on your order size, delivery country, and selected items. Our makeup items, for example, are shipped from CZ, so they are not subject to customs tax in the EU, but might be in countries outside of the EU.
Rules vary depending on your country, so please check this before ordering. Regarding import taxes, we have done our best to reduce the chances of any additional taxes being charged; however, please note that in the event of additional charges, this responsibility lies with you.
Returns & exchanges
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and/or unused (as applicable), with any original tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
All packaging must be returned, including small parts such as shoe inserts, extra buttons, caps, or protective covers. We withhold the right to deduct part, or all, of the value of your refunds; where items are returned without all parts or their original packaging.
To discuss or initiate a return, please fill out the Return Request Form. We'll reach out to you within one business day. If your return is accepted, we'll share all the relevant information on how and to which address to send your item/package.
Unfortunately, items sent to us without first requesting a return through the Return Request Form cannot be accepted for refund or exchange.
Please note that you should cover all returning shipping costs.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. This includes but is not limited to:
– Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
– Gift cards
– Personal care and beauty products (makeup, makeup brushes, etc.)
– Personal items (Earrings and any piercing-based jewelry, underwear, padding, wig caps, etc.)
– Sale items
Please note that wigs are considered personal items for hygiene reasons and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours of receipt if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please attach a photo of the issue with your email. We will then work with you to discuss issuing a refund or replacement.
Exchanges (if applicable)
At this time, we can only offer exchanges for the same item if your original item arrived defective or damaged. Please fill out the Return Request Form if you would like to do so. Depending on where you live, the time taken for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Order cancellation
Did you change your mind about something you've just ordered with us? You can cancel your order within 8 hours of placing it by filling out the Return Request Form.
If more than 8 hours have gone by since you placed your order, there is a big chance we have already started processing the shipping for your items. Unfortunately, we can't cancel your order anymore by that point.
Refunds
If approved, refunds will be processed within two business days to the original payment method after receiving the item you sent back. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
This Shipping & Returns Policy is valid and effective from April 4th, 2022.
